I came in a little bit before closing and all the employees were still very friendly and made me feel welcome. I know it was late but they treated like I was the first customer. I just wanted to say that the quality of food is always good, but due to how well they treated me I will continue to come here and bring more people. Thank you Five Guys for hiring such wonderful employees!

I do love me some Five Guys burgers and fries. Five Guys burgers are of the diner variety. Thin, a bit greasy, melty cheese, and delicious. They've got tons of topping options for you (I still to the classic pickles, mustard and ketchup because i'm a purist) to make the burger you want. The standard burger is actually a double (you can order a single patty burger as well). They also sell hot dogs which I tried once and thought was pretty good, but I go here for the burgers so I've never bothered with the hot dog again. Five Guys also has some pretty great fries. If you are eating alone, get the "Little" which was a nice addition to the menu. The Little is like a large anywhere else on earth. The Regular is plenty for 2 people if not 3 or 4 slightly daintier eaters. The fries are a thicker cut than any fast food joint and are just crispy enough, just greasy enough, and taste like they were once actually potatoes which, when you think about it, isn't really true of most fast food joints. They've got 2 of the Coke machines that gives you all sorts of options for adding flavors and all that jazz if the normal selection of pops on tap isn't enough for you. With two machines, there is rarely much back up (places with one are just stupid and it's always a problem). It's also always fun to watch someone use it for the first time, so bonus entertainment if you are lucky! The prices are about what you'd spend at a fast food joint for a meal, a little higher perhaps, but the result is SOOO much more satisfying and tasty. It's really no contest. It will take you a minute or two longer to get your food but not much more so. Those extra couple minutes of wait are totally worth it. To speed up the process, you can place an order online and pick the time you want it to be ready and it can be ready for you the instant you walk in the door. Handy! Basically, Five Guys is basically a fast food joint that puts other fast food chains to shame. Great burgers, great fries (and lots of them). Add on top of that, the staff here is always really welcoming and nice and they do their job with a smile. When was the last time you could say that about McDonalds or Wendy's? Looking for a tasty burger for lunch, you aren't going to do much better than here for the price.

Five Guys is great when you want the greasiest fries you can get, and LOTS of them. Also, decent burgers with lots of toppings and an inability to have anything below well-done. If you're not into that, don't come here. Overall, for the concept they do, this place is fantastic. Quick service with friendly staff and reasonably priced. I can only eat about once a month, however, due to the massive grease content. Don't think my body could handle more. Please, cook my burger to a lower temp!!! Not everyone wants well.

This Five Guys location is like a lot of other Five Guys locations. It features the white tile, the wooden chairs, the barrels of peanuts, the souped up larger than life french fries fried in peanut oil and of course... a mean mean burger. Yes, you can choose from all of the crazy toppings... onions, peppers, mushrooms, bacon, cheese, ketchup, mayo, A-1 sauce, etc... Yes, it's really really good. If you're coming from Rainbow Blvd, please pull around back to the community parking lot because there isn't any street parking. It's worth the extra steps.

This is a pricey burger but it is worth it. I'm not eating Burger King or Mickey D's anymore and this burger leaves both of those places in the dust. The French Fries are also excellent. I love the soft drink machine which has so many different choices. I have visited this location 3 times now. It is my new go-to place for Burgers when I'm tired of Paul's or Sonic (yes, Sonic has a nice burger...) ;oP

This is a relatively new location for Five Guys. They should do well here. All of the normal things you'd expect are in place. Ultra clean, friendly staff, above average burgers, and killer fries. I love the cajun fries here. I will not even order them unless there is someone to share with... because I will eat them all. Every. Last. One. Their burgers with melted ooey gooey american cheese, grilled onions and jalapenos are the best way to enjoy them to me.

Two words. CAJUN FRIES. My friends have been raving about this place. I had a vege sand since I wasn't feeling meat today. Satisfied me of the mushroom and cheese goodness I've been longing for so much. (You know, tha certain fast food chain that ends with the word king) And made me very full too. Real food, good food. Good service.

Can I please get more Fries with that? Said no one at Five Guys Burgers. I've seen studies where they place a Five Guys fries on the top of the most unhealthy list of things to eat. Coated in Cajun seasoning and goodness I can't think of a better vice to have. Marijuana is illegal but I don't see it on any list of the most unhealthy item or anyone dying from it. Funny how that works because after eating Five Guys for five days straight... I needed to see a doctor. He prescribed me some diet pills that only made me throw up. I went back to Five Guys and only ordered the fries. Screw science and doctors. I know what I want regardless of consequence.

So when Five Guys would come up in conversation, there were always 2 things you hear from their patrons. "Great burgers" and "you get a LOT of french fries." So when I made my first venture in my expectations were high. Luckily for me, they were met. The place has that old diner feel. The red and white ceramic tiles were nice. The fre peanuts were an interesting touch too. I think the most interesting thing was that they are very big on letting you know where the potatoes in the fries that day are sourced from. It's almost as if you get a side of burger with your fries. The menu was simple and to the point. The staff was very nice and personable and helped me make a good first choice. I had a double bacon cheese burger and it was wonderful! Flavorful, juicy, well seasoned. The fries were great, but WAY too much and I ordered a small fry (hence the 4 star. I hate feeling like I am wasting food and the portion of fries was just too huge). I will definitely6 go back with the kids and make sure we all share one order of fries.:-)

LOVE LOVE LOVE the fresh cut french fries. Portions are out of this world, more than you need or your heart could possibly desire. The cajun spiced fries are good but they can be a little hefty with the seasoning so I say go for the regular fries. Burgers, where to start? The endless toppings are the best part about Five Guys. Makes it super sloppy to eat but my gpa always said the sloppier your burger the better it tastes! This has always ringed true in my book. My last Five Guy burger was double cheese with mushrooms, jalapenos, double cheese, pickles, onion, tomato & lettuce with mayo, mustard and ketchup. Heart attack waiting to happen, I think yes but my stomach was more than satisfied! The prices are a little steep but I say worth for what you're getting. Really try NOT to eat here to much but boy is it tasty! Doesn't help there's one in the Hotel right behind my work. =\ Good move KU! LOL

I've been to this location three times. Two of those three times they have screwed up my order. They seem incapable of making a Bacon Burger, as advertised on their menu. The first and third time I visited this location, they gave me a Bacon Cheese Burger instead. Last week that was the fault of the girl taking my order, not the cooks'. However, it was the cooks' fault that my wife's little cheeseburger was correct on the receipt, but she got a bacon cheeseburger instead. The cooks threw our burgers away and made us new ones, but we were still overcharged (bacon cheeseburgers are more expensive than bacon burgers), and really, it's not worth the hassle. I'll just go to Burger King, who gets my order right every time.

2nd best "fast food burger" in town! I like the decor and the cool attitude of the staff. A clean, bright, and open atmosphere. Also, load up your burger how you like. Nothing costs extra.

The five guys franchise has done very well for themselves at this location because simply put it is a clean place to eat lunch that will fill you up for the right price. I have visited this location three times since they have opened up and each time I get a hot fresh tasting meal at an affordable price. The fries are always extremely hot and well seasoned. The dining area is well maintained and the staff is polite and patient with first time visitors. A word to the wise here, don't go here unless you are hungry. Also a small fry is more than enough, they have a tendency to put an extra scoop of fries in to your bag, it can be a bit much.

I've always heard soooo many good things about Five Guys and boy am I glad that I finally took the plunge and came here last night for dinner with the bf! IT WAS AMAZING!!!! Ordered a cheeseburger (which happened to include 2 patties.....definitely did not know that!!) and a soda (just because of the cool soda machine that lets you add a bunch of different flavors in there, like strawberry, lime, grape, peach) for $9. Split the small order of fries with the bf and thank goodness for that! I don't think it is possible for anyone to eat a burger AND fries in one sitting.....unless you want to be carried to your car of course ;). I definitely would come back here, but next time I might get the smaller version of my burger (which comes with just 1 patty). And the best part at 5 guys is that all of your burger toppings come FREE! So load up on as much lettuce, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, hot sauce, A1 steak sauce, etc as you want! And don't feel guilty about loading up your burger because I definitely didn't :D. Pros: - Tasty, juicy burgers that will definitely hit the spot! - Cool soda machine that lets you mix and match soda flavors - Add all the burger toppings that you want! It's all FREE!!! Cons: - It is a little pricey.....the burger itself (2 patty cheeseburger that they just call a cheeseburger on the board) was like $6 by itself....so it's a little up there for me when you add fries on top of that.... - wish there was a special sauce in this burger... Why I gave it a 4..... Burgers are tasty and delicious! 100% beef patties are just oozing with flavor! I will definitely have to compare this Five Guys to the one in Seattle too! Just wish there was a special sauce on this burger....but I would definitely say that Five Guys gives Dick's in Seattle and In-N-Out in California a run for their money in tasty burgers!

I don't usually eat burgers, but this place I could eat at all the time. The service has always been great when I go there and the burgers are always fresh and made exactly how I want them. The fries are also awesome and I love that they have a sign telling the customers where their potatoes came from that day.

I am a big fan of the french fries. However, the amount of fries is a little ridiculous & I have to remind myself that a single cheeseburger is quite enough.

Best fast food burger you can get. This location is new and clean. The parking is a little challenging with the construction taking place nearby but don't let that discourage you.

Great food for a good price! Love the little bacon cheeseburger and they give you a ton or fries! You only need one order to fill up two people! Love it! :)

The burgers are absolutely amazing AND you can put anything/everything you could imagine on it! The staff is very friendly and helpful on suggestions. OH and the fries... My Goodness! A little fry is enough to feed the family, but so good that you will want to eat them all yourself.
